How to return a ring for an upgrade, exchange, or refund.
It happens, we order things that we grow out of. Its ok, we're here to help. We offer 30-day exchange service, and a 21-day returns, and a Perfect Fit policy. If you need to return something, start the process by CLICKING HERE.
*You'll need to login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Select the options for the reason of your return, any notes you'd like to add, and click "Submit Return Request". We'll email you with next step instructions.
The manufacturers we work with offer Lifetime Warranties that include refinishing and size exchanges. There is a nominal service fee for this which includes shipping, additional precious metals, and diamonds. Call 877.828.0509 for a quote. Service fees start at $44.98.
Perfect Fit Service:
To ensure you order the right size ring, we offer the option to send sizing samples to you. Though it might add a few days to the time you get your ring, it will ensure that when you receive it, it'll be a perfect fit. If you take advantage of our Perfect Fit Service your first resizing is free within the first year.
If for any reason you need to return what you ordered, you may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We know our tastes change, so why would we think yours wouldn't? We offer a 30 Day Exchange policy to make sure you stay satisfied. You can exchange for something that cost either more or less in price and we will credit your account accordingly. The only cost to you is the shipping cost to return it. And if you are exchanging it for a higher valued item, we'll credit that cost back to you.
