Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

  • Orders up to $99.99 - FREE USPS Mail 
  • Orders from $100 to $500 - FREE USPS Priority Mail 
  • Orders from $500 to $1,000 - FREE FedEx 2nd Day 
  • Orders over $1,000 - FREE FedEx Overnight

Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 pm ET, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, will usually be shipped within 3 business days.  Orders received after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Need it Faster
In the event that you need your order to arrive faster than the method specified in the chart above, we offer the following shipping upgrades for a minimal fee. Please note that APO / FPO Shipments are not eligible for shipping upgrades. 

APO & FPO Deliveries
We are proud to deliver to our military through USPS Priority Mail.  With APO & FPO orders being processed through the military postal service, shipping may take a bit more time to arrive.  Tracking of these shipments are not available online for security purpouses.

When checking out and entering your delivery address, please use the following format:

Use AE for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada, AP for Pacific, AA for Central & South America

PO Box Deliveries
To insure your order, deliveries must be made to a physical location, business or home.  We do not accept PO Boxes as valid delivery address.  

Signature Requirements

For the protection of your order, if the delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have with the carrier. If your delivery is under $1,000 and shipped FedEx 2nd Day, a signature may be requried. To ensure someones availability to sign, an email will be sent on the day of shipment wiht its tracking number for you to follow its delivery progress. If you would like to arrange delivery to a carrier location for pickup, please call customer service at 877.828.0509.
